Requirements

- 2+ years of engineering management experience including hiring and performance management.
- Hands-on background with .NET/C# and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of leading production teams, on-call, and incident response.
- Proven experience building inclusive, high-standards, and collaborative teams.
- Technical credibility to guide architecture and trade-off decisions.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in high-availability, real-time, or event-driven services.
- Data-informed approach to team health and delivery metrics.
Responsibilities
- Set team direction, standards, and capacity planning.
- Manage hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and individual growth.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and observability.
- Drive team delivery cadence and influence roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product teams, and operations partners.
