Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or healthcare IT implementations.
  • Experience in radiology, imaging, or broader healthcare IT environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience leading customer-facing status calls.
  • Ability to produce clear, well-structured project documentation such as status reports, decision logs, and meeting notes.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to manage escalations and drive alignment across teams.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, specifically HL7, and SaaS delivery models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong competence with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Fluency for Imaging implementation projects, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, and budget from kickoff through go-live.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery resources, including application analysts, interface architects, and adoption specialists, to manage technical integrations, configuration, workflow design, and testing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading project communications, status calls, and meeting minutes.
  • Track and report on implementation metrics, work requests, and change orders within the internal project management system.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing business-as-usual ownership.
  • Support customer adoption of new features and releases through briefings, upgrade planning, and change management.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
