Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Program Manager.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on operational work.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business outcomes and metrics.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate organizational chaos.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to adapt to diverse styles.
- Ability to give and take constructive, direct feedback.
- Must be based within a time zone allowing for a maximum time difference of +4.5 hours / -1 to -2 hours from Central European Time.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three workstreams simultaneously.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
- Set and reach quarterly OKRs, perform continuous discovery, and manage A/B testing.
- Communicate compelling product narratives to CPOs, VPs, and Heads of Product.
- Train, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers.
- Manage 1-6 team members including performance reviews.
- Collaborate across diverse client teams to integrate quickly and effectively.
