Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or in Product Ops.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business growth, retention, and efficiency outcomes.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in setting and tracking product metrics, A/B testing, and strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder styles.
- Capable of managing external client relationships and delivering candid, professional feedback.
- Willingness to travel or engage in a distributed, remote-first work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three product streams simultaneously.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products for post-product market-fit companies.
- Define strategic objectives such as OKRs, Continuous Discovery, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).
- Craft and communicate compelling product narratives for CPOs, VPs, and Heads of Product.
- Train, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers using the teaching hospital method.
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable, quantifiable work for the team.
