Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into well-scoped tickets, timelines, and delivered features in collaboration with the Group Product Manager.
- Monitor adviser productivity funnels and maintain key product metrics to identify performance issues.
- Gather direct feedback from advisers and managers to inform product improvements.
- Own the end-to-end execution of the alert and nudge pipeline, including regulatory approval, testing, and production deployment.
- Manage feature rollout logistics, including sequencing, access verification, and troubleshooting.
- Configure experiment infrastructure and manage data quality throughout the experiment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with lead engineers on delivery sequencing, dependencies, and deployment schedules.
- Ensure automated reports are accurate and maintain product analytics dashboards.
