Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience mix).
  • Progressive experience in digital product strategy, discovery, roadmapping, and outcome measurement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, interdependent products within high-priority initiatives.
  • Proven track record of mentoring or coaching product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in OKRs, KPIs, user problem definition, and value realization.
  • Ability to frame ambiguous problems and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Experience contributing to product operating models, standards, or organizational adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, biotechnology, or healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI-native product development and responsible AI principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with complex, high-priority products to strengthen product management practices and digital maturity.
  • Act as a hands-on coach for product managers and cross-functional teams to build capabilities in discovery, OKRs, and roadmapping.
  • Temporarily assume direct product management responsibilities to shape direction and resolve trade-offs when necessary.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, compliance, and data to align on goals and decision rights.
  • Capture learnings from engagements to develop enterprise-wide playbooks, standards, and tools.
  • Define and track success measures for engagement outcomes and organizational product adoption.
