Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated technology.
10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience leading product management teams or digital product organizations.
3+ years of experience identifying, evaluating, or scaling artificial intelligence, automation, or advanced analytics.
Strong verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and build trust across executive and cross-functional teams.
Experience operating effectively in a matrixed, highly collaborative environment.

Create and execute the enterprise-wide digital product strategy and vision for the digital platform systems portfolio.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, UX design, and marketing.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through commercialization.
Drive the identification, evaluation, and adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional product team.
Ensure global compliance with industry standards and regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and PHI.
Represent the organization in external forums and industry events to drive thought leadership.
