- 12–15 years of cumulative, relevant experience in product management, infrastructure, and/or engineering environments.
- Deep expertise in AWS.
- Strong knowledge of the engineering and infrastructure landscape.
- Experienced in building structure and processes in evolving environments.
- Skilled at creating and refining user stories.
- Proven people leader with experience directly managing a team.
- Straightforward and transparent communication style.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Ability to travel minimally for leadership development training at headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of products, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
- Connect initiatives across teams into a cohesive strategy with clear priorities and roadmaps.
- Partner with cross-functional and executive leaders to shape product direction and deliver outcomes at scale.
- Establish and evolve product management best practices across teams.
- Manage, coach, and support product managers to drive strong, shared outcomes.
- Leverage customer insights and performance data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Bring domain expertise in infrastructure and operations to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and engineers, bridging business, platform, and technical needs.
- Build strong relationships and influence across teams to drive alignment and execution in a fast-paced environment.
