Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in product management.
- Strong technical background, with preference for experience in Python, React, Github, and agentic frameworks.
- Proven experience in SaaS, AI/Machine Learning, information governance, or eDiscovery.
- Expertise in an agile software development environment as a Product Owner.
- Working knowledge of agile processes, preferably the Scrum framework.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and effective business requirements.
- Ability to rapidly master the understanding of complex markets and products.
- Exceptional partnering and influencing skills in a global organization.
- Comfort and poise in demoing products and presenting to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product roadmap across multiple software applications, aligning with business goals.
- Curate external and internal stakeholder inputs to synthesize into prioritized requirement stories.
- Manage the prioritized backlog, articulating tickets for Engineering and QA teams.
- Serve as the Product Owner in an agile software development environment.
- Partner with UX design, development, data operations, and architecture to execute organizational priorities.
- Create rapid prototype apps with AI to demonstrate front-end design and user workflows.
- Support cross-functional operations team readiness through training and certification for new releases.
