Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management.
  • 5+ years managing teams of individual contributors.
  • Strong domain expertise in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or an adjacent scientific discipline.
  • Track record shipping AI/ML-driven scientific or engineering platform products at enterprise scale.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, API governance, and enterprise security and compliance.
  • Experience building and executing B2B go-to-market strategy for technical software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • MBA, or equivalent business leadership and P&L experience.
  • Experience with U.S. government R&D programs like CHIPS Act, DARPA, or DOE is a plus.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor ecosystem partners is a plus.
  • Experience building product-led growth models for technical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, and roadmap covering CHIPS Act deliverables and commercial expansion.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of 3-4 PM ICs across the Catalysis, Batteries, PFAS, and Magnets verticals.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Platform PM to define and sequence platform capabilities.
  • Define the ChemSim commercial strategy, including go-to-market approach, pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation.
  • Manage strategic partner relationships with fabs, OEMs, chemical suppliers, and laboratories.
  • Establish a data-driven operating rhythm defining performance metrics and commercial KPIs.
  • Evaluate and defend build-vs-buy decisions for scientific engines, LQMs, and validation tooling.
  • Serve as the primary product voice to stakeholders, including government programs and commercial customers.
