Requirements
- Proven experience in product management at a level equivalent to L4.
- Experience managing discovery and delivery within high-growth or mature digital-first companies.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and prioritize under uncertainty.
- Experience in both strategy and hands-on product execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse team styles and provide candid, professional feedback.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and business growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in setting and tracking OKRs and conducting product research (e.g., JTBD, A/B testing).
Responsibilities
- Serve as an interim Product Manager across multiple client streams simultaneously.
- Prioritize initiatives, manage discovery and delivery, and ensure seamless execution for diverse B2C or B2B products.
- Craft compelling product narratives, explaining problem statements, market size, and success metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, including OKR setting, Continuous Discovery, and A/B testing.
- Train, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers using the teaching hospital method.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues daily and contribute to company initiatives.
