Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning and shipping production systems independently.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems, SFTP, SMTP, and enterprise SSO.
- Proven client-facing experience leading solution discussions and troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong product sense to evaluate trade-offs and identify opportunities for platform generalization.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI/LLM tools such as prompt engineering or agent frameworks.
- Nice to have: Background in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with OCR, document digitization, or subscription form processing.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting.
- Nice to have: Experience working with offshore engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with investment firms, law firms, and hedge funds to scope and deliver reliable integrations.
- Lead exploratory meetings to extract client context and propose technical solutions.
- Analyze client internal systems like CRMs and data models to advise on data structure improvements.
- Build tailored client solutions and generalize repeatable patterns into platform capabilities.
- Implement subscription form digitization logic in collaboration with consultants and QA.
- Collaborate across US and Vietnam offices to align priorities and share field intelligence.
- Develop internal AI-powered tools to improve team productivity.
