Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale products for sophisticated audiences.
- Proven experience designing interfaces and supporting technology platforms in consumer-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong technical leadership: setting direction, writing specs, and influencing across teams.
- BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
- Experience with Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and data stores (ClickHouse, Redis, DynamoDB, Kafka).
- Familiarity with experiment lifecycle tooling and flag-experiment integration.
- Experience with funnel analysis, causal inference, or Bayesian experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and design next generation user experiences for both human and agent users across the product suite.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide the tools and platform needed to build better user experiences.
- Mentor engineers to raise the bar for technical rigor and system design.
- Own operational excellence for the experience platform, including monitoring, observability, and incident response.
- Ensure robust telemetry and alerting for the platform.
