Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or business systems.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct and manage priorities without daily oversight.
- Hands-on experience in LLM application development, cloud-native development, backend engineering, or business automation.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to start delivering before full requirements are defined.
- Experience with LLM APIs such as Claude or AWS Bedrock preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, or AWS environments preferred.
- Experience with business automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, or Airtable preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Oracle, D365, Workday, or ServiceNow preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned workstreams end-to-end within a larger client engagement.
- Build and ship production-quality work directly in client codebases and environments.
- Participate in discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped, deliverable technical work.
- Surface project risks and blockers early and escalate when necessary.
- Document and hand off working software or automations for client sustainability.
- Contribute at least one reusable artifact or pattern back to the practice per engagement.
