Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical institute
- Passion for the marine industry
- Must reside between Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, SC
- Mechanical and electrical technical knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to close sales and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage existing dealer relationships and develop new dealers in key locations
- Drive Seakeeper sales through account management, education, and training
- Document, track, follow up, and close sales leads in NetSuite CRM
- Represent Seakeeper at fishing tournaments, boat shows, and other industry events
- Provide business development guidance and best practices to dealers
- Perform on-site support, troubleshooting, and field diagnostics as required
