Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles such as Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, or VP of Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or evangelist capacity presenting to technical and C-level audiences.
- Deep architectural understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG workflows, and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, and Hugging Face.
- Expertise in open table formats such as Apache Iceberg, Apache Hudi, and Delta Lake.
- Proficiency with modern query engines and compute frameworks like Trino, Presto, Spark, and Flink.
- Solid grasp of data lakehouse architectures and GPU data starvation challenges.
- Strong command of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native orchestration.
- Deep understanding of the AWS S3 API, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems design.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
- Articulate the strategic value of high-performance object storage in the context of AI readiness.
- Design and validate complex, large-scale architectures for enterprise customers.
- Guide customers in integrating MinIO into AI/ML pipelines and modern data lakehouse ecosystems.
- Represent MinIO at major industry conferences, webinars, and meetups.
- Write technical whitepapers, reference architectures, and blog posts.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams on high-stakes deals to unblock technical objections.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product and engineering teams.
