Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in educational technology, AI integration, or global educational transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives across global markets or distributed networks.
- Proven track record in product strategy, content management, or digital platform oversight.
- Experience cultivating strategic partnerships with corporate tech partners, donors, and philanthropic foundations.
- Technical fluency in generative AI applications, EdTech infrastructure, and pedagogical frameworks.
- Strong team leadership skills with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting at international conferences or board-level meetings.
Responsibilities
- Drive the AI and EdTech vision for the Global Institute, aligning major portfolio initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Lead the integration of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective and manage its evolution and migration onto the Better Future Hub.
- Define the strategic direction and product roadmap for the Better Future Hub knowledge commons.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with frontier AI companies, technology funders, and platform providers.
- Represent the organization at global convenings and provide senior-level updates on portfolio performance and impact.
- Build and lead the AI and EdTech team, providing mentorship and operational oversight for project execution and budgets.
