Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in educational technology, AI integration, digital transformation, global education, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives across international markets or global networks.
  • Proven experience in product strategy, digital platform leadership, content management, or knowledge-hub development.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI applications, educational technology infrastructure, and relevant pedagogical frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing strategic partnerships with technology companies, donors, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Experience building, hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, with the ability to move between long-term vision and day-to-day delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives and boards.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities across cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts into accessible strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to educational equity and educator-centered technology approaches.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for AI and educational technology initiatives.
  • Lead the integration of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective into a global digital knowledge platform.
  • Set the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the organization’s knowledge hub.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with AI companies, technology providers, and philanthropic donors.
  • Foster a global learning community of educators and stakeholders exploring AI in education.
  • Lead the development of an AI EdTech Entrepreneur Community, including membership and programming.
  • Oversee content strategy, taxonomy, and editorial processes for a global digital knowledge platform.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team focused on AI and EdTech.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and analyze impact data for strategic decision-making.
