- Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting or full-cycle accounting experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of client relationship management experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Quickbooks Online (QBO) experience required.
- Prior experience working with multiple clients.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients and team members clearly and effectively.
- Technology-first mindset with interest in cloud accounting tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational lead on accounting delivery by partnering with the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner.
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients.
- Direct and review analyst team work across A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries.
- Identify opportunities for automation, delegation, and process improvement.
- Prepare and review general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
- Perform, analyze, and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Research and resolve questions related to general ledger items.
