Requirements
- 3+ years in technical delivery leadership, engineering leadership, or consulting within cloud or modernization spaces.
- Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure fundamentals including networking, compute, storage, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience running large-scale cloud migrations.
- Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Proven track record of driving clarity through technical ambiguity.
- Active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) are a plus.
- Experience in regulated frameworks like HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI is a plus.
- Professional consulting background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead AWS migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Engineers on migration strategies, dependency mapping, and rollback plans.
- Drive backlog refinement, estimation, and workstream sequencing.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, managing scope, risks, and escalations.
- Schedule and lead status calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Oversee project assignments and team allocations across active engagements.
- Enforce quality gates, migration playbooks, and delivery standards using Jira and Azure DevOps.
