Requirements
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience within a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g., v0).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms/HIPAA compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to partner directly with client executives to translate complex business needs into software.
- Strong communication skills for running discovery workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client discovery sessions to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics.
- Translate client vision into actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories.
- Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations across project analysis, design, and execution phases.
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Drive project governance inside Azure DevOps, maintaining clean backlogs, accurate tracking, and high delivery velocity.
- Utilize generative AI tools and modern rapid-prototyping platforms to generate wireframes and validate user experiences.
- Serve as the primary client point-of-contact for delivery updates and value creation.
