Requirements

- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in consulting, engineering, scientific, architectural, forensic, or construction disciplines.
- Significant experience establishing and governing technical standards, methodologies, and quality programs.
- Proven success in developing technical capabilities and leading strategic growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical leaders and build high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and resource planning.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing executive teams within a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex, high-risk, and strategically significant engagements.
- Lead technical governance, quality assurance, peer review, and risk-management initiatives.
- Develop organizational technical capability by strengthening expertise and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Growth and Commercial leaders to execute practice growth strategies and pursue new market opportunities.
- Lead and mentor Technical Managers, fostering professional growth and business accountability.
- Align staffing strategies and workforce planning with client demands and strategic priorities.
