Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
- Experience with compensation and benefits management tools such as Pave and Radford.
- Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.
- Ability to apply sound judgment within established SOPs and work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Effective communication skills for both internal stakeholders and employee escalations.
Responsibilities
- Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including system updates, testing, and training materials.
- Perform market benchmarking and job pricing using standardized methodologies.
- Maintain pay structures, support job mapping, and conduct internal equity analysis.
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, life events, and vendor coordination.
- Drive Leave of Absence processing and support compliance activities such as ACA and COBRA.
- Maintain data integrity across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems.
- Generate compensation and benefits metrics and reports.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier and Cowork to enhance operational efficiency.
