Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits management tools such as Pave and Radford.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment within established SOPs and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for both internal stakeholders and employee escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including system updates, testing, and training materials.
  • Perform market benchmarking and job pricing using standardized methodologies.
  • Maintain pay structures, support job mapping, and conduct internal equity analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, life events, and vendor coordination.
  • Drive Leave of Absence processing and support compliance activities such as ACA and COBRA.
  • Maintain data integrity across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems.
  • Generate compensation and benefits metrics and reports.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier and Cowork to enhance operational efficiency.
