Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in a global or remote company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits management tools such as Pave and Radford.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply judgment within established SOPs.
  • Collaborative communication skills for working across diverse teams like Finance, Legal, and People.

Responsibilities

  • Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy in system updates and training materials.
  • Conduct job pricing and market benchmarking using standardized methodologies.
  • Maintain pay ranges, support job mapping, and perform internal equity analysis.
  • Administer day-to-day benefits (enrollments, terminations, life events) and support Open Enrollment cycles.
  • Drive Leave of Absence (LOA) processing and maintain data integrity in Workday and payroll systems.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier to improve team processes.
  • Serve as a first escalation point for compensation and benefits inquiries submitted through People Help tickets.
