Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in a global or remote company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
- Experience with compensation and benefits management tools such as Pave and Radford.
- Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.
- Demonstrated ability to apply judgment within established SOPs.
- Collaborative communication skills for working across diverse teams like Finance, Legal, and People.
Responsibilities
- Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy in system updates and training materials.
- Conduct job pricing and market benchmarking using standardized methodologies.
- Maintain pay ranges, support job mapping, and perform internal equity analysis.
- Administer day-to-day benefits (enrollments, terminations, life events) and support Open Enrollment cycles.
- Drive Leave of Absence (LOA) processing and maintain data integrity in Workday and payroll systems.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier to improve team processes.
- Serve as a first escalation point for compensation and benefits inquiries submitted through People Help tickets.
