Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in technology within the Mortgage industry.
- Experience with Encompass Administration is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service for time-sensitive matters.
- Strong aptitude for process implementation and documentation.
- Experience working with mortgage systems such as Lenderprice, Mercury, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.
- Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools including Salesforce and HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level application support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prioritize and escalate issues to ensure resolution within SLA commitments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve internal issues related to systems like Encompass, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Manage Loan Origination systems, integration services, and vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with the IT/Apps team on system upgrades, patching, and validation testing.
- Manage user account lifecycles, including provisioning, access rights, and deprovisioning.
- Assist project managers in tracking projects and implementing software solutions.
