Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or creative publishing.
- Deep experience in Agile/Scrum for software development.
- Experience with Waterfall/Stage-Gate methodology for print and physical production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Smartsheet or similar tools like Monday.com/Airtable.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including software engineering and content development.
- Ability to explain technical constraints to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong skills in project tracking, dashboard creation, and capacity planning.
- Fixed-term commitment through September 1, 2028.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives by managing dependencies across software, curriculum, and physical production teams.
- Map and manage high-stakes project timelines, identifying long-lead items to protect launch dates.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate planning and execution meetings to ensure documented ownership and progress.
- Track and QA digital lesson assets to ensure readiness for commercial launch.
- Analyze team velocity and capacity to identify and address workflow bottlenecks.
- Perform strategic resource planning to anticipate staffing needs and prevent burnout.
- Manage vendor agreements and negotiate statements of work to ensure performance.
- Provide stakeholders with clear, data-backed updates on project status and scope trade-offs.
