Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience in Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with ability to adjust to various business and client audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of IT experience in a large matrixed organization ($20B+) preferred.
- 1+ years of experience using Jira for project and issue tracking preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment as a team player.
- Demonstrated experience with large project plans (over 3000 hours) adhering to 4/40 or 8/80 rules preferred.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and executable plans including critical paths, task dependencies, risk mitigation, and milestones.
- Manage project plans and schedules to ensure completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Determine and manage tasks, issues, and action items across multiple projects to eliminate impediments.
- Build relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders through effective communication and presentations.
- Organize demos, system testing, and project status reports.
- Use Smartsheet for planning, Power BI for budget monitoring, and Jira for development tracking.
- Track project financials and escalate budget deviations through change requests.
