Requirements
- 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including public presentation.
- Proven organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
Responsibilities
- Support market staffing capacity for new and existing practices.
- Onboard practices to Aledade systems and coach on internal technologies.
- Lead initiatives to ensure practices meet goals outlined in Practice Transformation Plans.
- Train office staff and providers on value-based care processes and technologies.
- Assess practice training needs continually.
- Nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives.
- Relay practice feedback and concerns to management to drive improvements.
