Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics role within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in Sales CRMs such as Salesforce or Veeva.
- Familiarity with commercial data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, or Definitive.
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes (Targeting, Alignment, Incentive Compensation, Patient Services).
- Strong analytical and technical skills including Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to influence decision-making across functions.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Commercial Operations function by connecting strategy, field execution, and business performance.
- Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive territory sizing, design, alignment, and optimization to ensure effective resource deployment.
- Own customer targeting and segmentation processes in partnership with Analytics and Data teams.
- Define KPI frameworks and productivity scorecards to drive field-level performance.
- Partner with Commercial Finance to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Prioritize and implement AI-enabled solutions to support commercial objectives and CRM efficiency.
