Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a similar execution-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and payer-provider dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing external partner or customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience building financial models, dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills for executive-ready presentations.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or dedicated program management role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority commercial initiatives by defining project plans, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Own key external partnerships, establishing governance and driving executive engagement.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to inform commercial decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to frame strategic options.
- Strengthen program execution by translating priorities into actionable plans with clear accountability.
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms for the team.
- Serve as a trusted commercial advisor, anticipating risks and recommending solutions.
