Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a high-growth healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and payer-provider dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing external partner or customer relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools for building financial models and dashboards.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills for executive-ready presentations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or dedicated program management role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority commercial initiatives by defining plans, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
- Manage key external partnerships by establishing governance, driving engagement, and ensuring successful execution.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor results and inform decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to frame strategic options and clarify tradeoffs.
- Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans with defined accountability and owner oversight.
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational effectiveness.
