Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing, building, and shipping digital products in an agile environment.
- External product management with client-facing experience.
- Familiarity with task management systems such as Shortcut, Jira, DevOps, or Asana.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user research.
- Strong facilitation experience for discovery sessions.
- Experience with user testing features and concepts.
- Proficiency with prototyping tools.
- Experience in an iterative software development process.
- Ability to provide design direction to developers and understand technical implementation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers on product feasibility and desirability.
- Lead developers and designers to execute project deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily scrum, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain a healthy backlog through detailed epics and user stories.
- Drive product decisions using quantitative and qualitative analytics.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and product advocate.
- Conduct user research to understand behavior and pain points.
- Initiate design and engineering sprints to iterate on shipped work.
