Responsibilities
- Engage potential patients and caregivers regarding the FreedomCare program
- Nurture interested individuals into signing up with FreedomCare
- Collect and validate necessary information for the intake process
- Build sustainable relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
