Requirements
- 5+ years of experience partnering with business leaders in a global HR capacity.
- Professional HR experience supporting employees and organizations in both the United States and Mexico.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, applicable laws, and organizational best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- GPHR certification strongly desired.
- Strong business acumen and ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels.
- Excellent consultative, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across remote environments using video conferencing and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders to shape and execute people-management strategies.
- Lead the people-management agenda for assigned business functions, facilitating discussions on organizational priorities, talent, and performance.
- Identify high-potential employees, develop talent plans, and support succession planning and career progression.
- Build credible relationships with internal stakeholders to identify organizational gaps and people risks.
- Drive enterprise talent-management processes including employee growth and organizational development.
- Develop and implement talent programs tailored to business needs while maintaining alignment with HR standards.
- Partner with HR subject-matter experts across talent acquisition, development, operations, and benefits to deliver solutions.
- Manage complex HR initiatives and change-management projects including communications and adoption activities.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and local regulations.
- Monitor organizational culture and employee sentiment to identify and address emerging concerns.
