Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience working with C-level executives to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, project portfolios, and operational execution.
- Experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM/ERP platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive- and board-level materials.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on company-wide strategic priorities.
- Drive the cadence of executive meetings, including agenda-setting, materials preparation, and follow-through.
- Translate executive leadership priorities into clear operating plans and hold teams accountable for execution.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of special projects, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Oversee revenue operations strategy, including forecasting, pipeline analytics, and go-to-market process optimization.
- Lead the strategy and selection of core business systems like CRM and ERP platforms.
- Own the strategy and operational roadmap for global AI infrastructure initiatives.
- Build and manage a PMO-style function to track major initiatives, dependencies, and risks.
