Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering or identity engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and operating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture and design through deployment and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and workflows.
- Experience developing and managing identity integrations using APIs, connectors, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of governance requirements for both human and non-human identities.
- Strong technical architecture and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to establish technical strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment while managing distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Identity Governance engineers.
- Define the technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and roadmap for enterprise Identity Governance and Administration services.
- Lead the architecture, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Oversee core identity governance capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and provisioning.
- Guide the migration of legacy identity governance platforms toward modern cloud-based identity governance capabilities.
- Establish and evolve governance frameworks for non-human identities.
- Expand identity automation through APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
