Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in a team lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience with secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, and session proxying (SSH, RDP, or HTTPS).
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management, key-rotation, and audit logging.
- Experience with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of SRE and observability tools (APM, telemetry dashboards).
- Understanding of zero-trust and zero-knowledge security architectures.
- Experience with encryption standards and threat-modeling methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure gateway controls, audited terminal logins, and session recording mechanics.
- Maintain strict service boundaries and design resilient APIs for a decoupled PAM platform.
- Partner with Product and Design in an Embedded Trio to validate technical solutions.
- Build and maintain automated test suites, integration harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own production operational health, performance, and reliability through on-call rotations and post-mortems.
- Create and maintain architectural specifications, API contracts, and developer documentation.
