Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal management, account management, or related commercial roles within the market research industry.
- Strong understanding of market research services and ability to communicate solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated experience managing RFPs, preparing proposals, developing pricing, and supporting commercial negotiations.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for proposals and presentations.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage expectations and build trusted relationships.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Must be available to work US shift hours aligned with the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming RFPs and assess project feasibility using internal tools.
- Develop proposals and establish effective pricing strategies for client bids.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, opportunities, and commercial activity in the CRM system.
- Partner with Sales and Account Directors to strengthen client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Support client expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with commercial commitments.
- Collaborate with Client Services teams to provide project support during delivery.
- Assist with client presentations, sales meetings, and other commercial activities.
- Ensure commercial activities comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
