Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management or software development within B2B SaaS, sports technology, or vertical AI.
- Proven experience leading product managers and product leaders in complex, multi-market environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and shipping AI-native products, ideally involving proprietary datasets.
- Deep knowledge of professional or collegiate sports operations and decision-making.
- Experience managing P&L and commercial outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to rationalize acquired product portfolios.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence.
- Develop a multi-sport AI strategy focused on high-value workflows for sports organizations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers and product leaders.
- Serve as the senior external representative for the product portfolio with customers and league partners.
- Drive integration and strategic alignment across acquired and organically developed product portfolios.
- Own revenue and P&L accountability for the product category.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI-powered products.
