Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of Cisco EA experience required
- Direct experience executing True Forwards and EA modifications is essential
- Proficiency in EA Management Portal (EAMP)
- Working knowledge of CCW-R for sidecar quoting
- Understanding of Cisco EA program structure (suites, tiers, CSVS, EGTFs, and co-term logic)
- Experience working with Cisco AMs, Cisco CX teams, and TD SYNNEX
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Ability to manage and maintain opportunity records
- Strong mathematical aptitude for working with margin percentages and pricing models
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Cisco Enterprise Agreement renewals, including CX EA, SW EA, Security EA, and Meraki EA structures
- Engage in the True Forward process from the 60-day pre-anniversary date, managing reports, building quotes, and processing orders in Salesforce
- Analyze True Forward reporting to identify CSVS or ISVS shifts and incorporate into quote creation and order processing
- Build and manage EA quotes within the EA Management Portal (EAMP) and create sidecar quotes in CCW-R
- Support EA deal registration and maintain Letters of Customer Consent (LoCC)
- Proactively manage the 90–120 day EA renewal window and provide budgetary and executable quotes
- Maintain accurate EA pipeline data, forecasting, and opportunity documentation in Salesforce
- Partner with internal Operations and Finance teams on billing, margin, and cost reconciliation
