Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across finance, accounting, or finance systems, including 3+ years in-house.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld (configuration, workflows, ARM, saved searches).
- Proven experience with quote-to-cash processes across CRM and ERP platforms.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally with CPQ experience.
- Track record of automating finance operations via scripting, integrations, or workflow automation.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-powered or agentic workflows.
- Ability to build and deploy durable, shared applications (not just local prototypes).
- Code literacy in SuiteScript or JavaScript, SQL, and comfort with version control/terminals.
- Understanding of accounting principles, GL structures, and financial close processes.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to teach and document technical processes for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the contract-to-cash process end-to-end across Salesforce, NetSuite, and billing tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign deal structuring, approval, and collection workflows.
- Automate accounting, close, procurement, and payables processes, including vendor onboarding and invoice matching.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls.
- Administer the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including configurations, role-based access control, and entity-level permissions.
- Develop and maintain integration data flows between core systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and planning platforms.
- Build and maintain internal applications, documentation, and training to enable non-technical teams.
