Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with web services including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and streamline processes.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language like Python, Go, or Java is a plus.
- Experience with peripheral financial modules like Tax or FCCS is a plus.
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Embed AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into daily workflow to accelerate code generation and testing.
- Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Architect and build seamless integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, and web services.
- Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows.
- Translate accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
