Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Advanced SQL Query Development skills.
- Advanced Power BI report development (DAX, bookmarks, data modeling).
- Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims.
- Prior experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
- Ability to analyze data to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication skills for updates to partners and senior leadership.
- Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Ability to travel occasionally to office for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Support internal specialty team with data analytics and reports.
- Manage relationship with venders providing specialty care for specific medical conditions.
- Transform monthly payer financial data into standardized accounting format.
- Analyze data to solve business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
- Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, and senior leadership.
