Requirements
- Deep expertise in TypeScript for both client-side (React) and server-side (Node.js) development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and managing AI-generated code quality.
- Proven experience in domain-driven design within complex, regulated systems.
- Track record of building software where defects have high-consequence impacts, influencing testing and deployment strategies.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and query performance tuning, specifically for single-tenant database architectures.
- Experience working directly with product stakeholders to refine requirements and business logic.
- Ability to read and understand legacy codebases, specifically ColdFusion.
- Experience owning production-level automated testing, ideally with Playwright.
- Experience in or exposure to healthcare, HIPAA, or PHI-regulated environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own clinical domains end-to-end, including migration to the new platform and future feature development.
- Migrate existing ColdFusion and AngularJS clinical workflows to a modern stack (Node, React, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with product managers to define scope, sequencing, and feature design.
- Build new clinical capabilities once domains are successfully migrated.
- Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests using Playwright.
- Participate in on-call rotations for the services and domains you build.
