Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEM/Digital Marketing with successful campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics
- Experience with SEM tools such as SEMrush and AdThena
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
- Experience with web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics
- Mastery of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience writing thought leadership content
- Working knowledge of generative AI and LLM-driven search engines
- Ability to develop search testing processes and case studies
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement SEM best practices across the organization
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for tools that enhance search performance
- Lead the agency's perspective on AI and generative search within regulated industries
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing strategies
- Develop performance reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Author points of view and white papers on the future of paid search
