Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop multi-channel campaign strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- 1+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisor, or senior mentorship role.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or comparable tools.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to diagnose issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for direct response and client-facing contexts.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and coordinate offshore teams.
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to a team of Direct Marketing Strategists.
- Coordinate offshore DMS team members to ensure alignment with quality standards and client objectives.
- Own the strategic vision for multi-channel direct marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Lead the development of A/B testing roadmaps, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed improvements across the portfolio.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner and escalation point for complex client relationships and campaign issues.
- Partner with internal creative and technical teams to guide messaging, targeting, and campaign architecture.
