Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, reputation, and direct mail.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools like ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
- Experience using performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in direct response contexts.
- Strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Client-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teammates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Partner with creative and technical teams to guide messaging, targeting, and campaign structures.
- Define and maintain campaign standards regarding deliverability, compliance, and design.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reporting and insights to leadership.
- Use internal data, external research, and competitor benchmarking to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Review and refine campaign content through editing, proofreading, and occasional copywriting.
- Provide coordinated direction to offshore partners and serve as a resource for junior team members.
- Troubleshoot complex lifecycle marketing challenges related to segmentation, deliverability, and campaign workflows.
- Build and maintain audiences in ServiceTitan and manage ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
