Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
Proven ability to build and maintain multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail).
Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, specifically ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or similar.
Analytical approach to performance metrics and diagnosing campaign trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proofreading and editing capabilities.
Client-centric mindset with experience tailoring solutions to specific needs.
Ability to work independently and make informed strategic recommendations.

Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) including segmentation and A/B testing.
Partner with internal creative, technical, and client teams to design campaign structures that align with client objectives.
Define and maintain campaign standards regarding deliverability, compliance, and design.
Track and analyze performance metrics to provide reporting and actionable insights.
Identify growth opportunities using internal data and competitor benchmarking.
Review and refine campaign content through editing, proofreading, and occasional copywriting.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for team members and provide direction to offshore partners.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to segmentation, deliverability, and workflows.
Build and maintain audiences in ServiceTitan and utilize ServiceTitan Marketing Pro for advanced campaign needs.
