Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop multi-channel campaign strategy (email, SMS, direct mail).
- 1+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisor, or senior mentorship role.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or comparable tools.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate with offshore or distributed teams.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and navigate complex client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Direct Marketing Strategists to support their growth and success.
- Provide structured direction to offshore DMS team members to ensure alignment with quality standards and timelines.
- Define the strategic vision for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) and set optimization frameworks.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and cross-functional challenges.
- Partner with creative and technical teams to guide messaging, targeting, and campaign architecture.
- Ensure consistent quality standards across deliverability, compliance, design, and copy.
