Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and local SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads / PPC and paid digital marketing.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
- Understanding of AI Search Optimization, LLMO, AEO, or GEO.
- Knowledge of Marlboro, Morganville, Monmouth County, or New Jersey real estate.
- Experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 6–12 month digital marketing and growth strategy for a Realtor serving Marlboro, Morganville, and surrounding areas.
- Implement SEO and local SEO strategies to increase visibility for real estate searches.
- Develop AI Search Optimization (LLMO, AEO, and GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Build an AI-powered content strategy and maintain a centralized knowledge base for brand messaging.
- Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting real estate buyers and sellers.
- Create AI-powered workflows to automate marketing processes and improve lead generation.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze performance, and conduct competitive market research.
